Since 1997, The Flower Palace has been delivering fresh flowers, cakes, and gifts across Islamabad, Rawalpindi Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to your loved ones, fresh and on time.
Delivery Timings
Our standard delivery window is 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and your order will arrive anytime within these hours on the selected delivery date.
Same-Day Delivery: Order before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) and we’ll deliver it the same day across Islamabad, Rawalpindi. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may still be accommodated for same-day delivery in select areas — WhatsApp or call us at +92-345-5441746 to confirm, as additional delivery charges may apply.
Time-Specific Delivery: Need your order to arrive at a precise time? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Extra charges apply for time-specific slots. If a confirmed time-specific delivery is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we will refund the delivery charges only.
Midnight Delivery: Available at an additional charge for select areas — message us to confirm availability and pricing.
Delivery Areas
We offer same-day and time-specific delivery across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, including F-7, F-6, F-8, F-10, F-11, G-6 to G-15, E-11, Blue Area, Bahria Town, and DHA.
For other cities across Pakistan, we can arrange delivery via courier for non-perishable gifts (chocolates, gift hampers, and accessories). Contact us directly to confirm timelines and charges for your area.
Holiday & Event Deliveries
During major occasions (Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year, weddings season, and similar events), our delivery window extends to 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Time-specific and midnight delivery slots are not available during peak event periods due to high order volumes, so we recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred slot.

Product Freshness & Presentation
Every bouquet, cake, and gift hamper is prepared fresh — nothing is held on a shelf. On rare occasions, our florists may substitute a container, wrapping style, or a specific flower with a similar high-quality alternative to guarantee freshness. In such cases, the overall value, quality, and quantity of your order will always be honored.
Product images on our website are for guidance. Actual presentation may vary slightly based on seasonal availability, but we guarantee the quality and quantity as described on the product page.
Special Instructions
You’re welcome to add special instructions at checkout — delivery timing preferences, cake flavors, personalized messages, or specific flower choices. We’ll always try our best to accommodate these; however, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of every special request, and no refund or cancellation applies if a request could not be met.
Delivery Issues & Responsibility
A correct, reachable contact number for the recipient is essential for every order. If the number provided is invalid, unreachable, or the address is incomplete, we may be unable to complete or reschedule the delivery — and due to the perishable nature of flowers and cakes, refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic disruptions, severe weather, or law-and-order situations. We will always do our best to deliver within the promised window.
If an order is placed on hold due to an incorrect address or phone number, we will attempt redelivery the next day; however, this may affect the freshness guarantee on the original order, and no refund will be issued in this case.
Event Decoration Bookings
For wedding, Mehndi, and event decoration setups, delivery and setup timing is arranged directly with our team based on venue access and event schedule. Please book at least a few days in advance to secure your date.
Refunds
A refund is applicable only if we are unable to deliver your order due to a fault on our part. Refunds are not offered for delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient details, unfulfilled special requests, or events outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.).
